Los Angeles, California (Nov. 10, 2008) – M80 and Snapple Antioxidant Water proudly present the launch of up-and-coming indie rock band The Bad Eliots’ first music video titled: “Cat’s Meow” on November 11th.

“Cat’s Meow” is the catchy song originally recorded by The Bad Eliots for Snapple Antioxidant Water’s popular “Bubble Wrap” commercial that was on air in early 2008. The commercial and the song resonated with many viewers.

Since the commercial began airing, fans everywhere have been actively searching for more information about The Bad Eliots, and the song “Cat’s Meow” has been downloaded thousands of times.

Now thanks to Snapple Antioxidant Water, The Bad Eliots are giving music fans everywhere a brand new music video as a thank you – and the start of something much bigger for the band.

Together, The Bad Eliots are a labour of love involving a group of fast-forwardly creative and talented musicians. Their success is a biproduct of their hard work, creativity and dedication, which Snapple Antioxidant Water has been excited to help foster. About The Bad Eliots

A group of four multi-talented musicians based in New York City, The Bad Eliots include: singer and multi-instrumentalist Roto (a.k.a. James Rotondi), a New York-based artist whose resumé includes stints with the French band Air, Mike Patton’s Mr. Bungle and jazz-hop legends The Grassy Knoll;

Drummer Ant Cee (a.k.a. Anthony Citrinite) was a founding member of The Smash-Up, who ignited crowds from 2004 to 2007 on major bills like Megadeth’s Gigantour, the Deftones’ Taste of Chaos tour, and the Warped Tour, from which Ant’s drum sticks were plucked and are currently on display in Cleveland’s Rock and Roll Hall of Fame;

Bassist Jony Matias is a producer and multi-instrumentalist who runs a successful studio in New Jersey and is also a key member of The Crash Moderns, acting as singer/guitarist and producer/engineer for the NYC breakout Power Pop band;

And guitarist Paul Riario is the maestro behind The Monster, one of the New York metropolitan area’s most successful and enduring live cover bands.

    So I stayed up WAY too late the other night and got caught up into watching some infomercials and really liked one in particular. It struck me as funny and inetersting at the same time.
