  • The Pace brand is known for its unique hourglass bottle – designed by David Pace to be “tip-proof” and to fit comfortably in the hand – and the subject of a federal trademark registration.
  • Pace Foods uses more fresh jalapeños than anyone else in the country – 22 million pounds a year.
  • Eighty-nine different varieties of Pace Picante sauces and salsas are made in Paris, Texas.
