Dean Karnazes Runs a Double Marathon with Volkswagen TDI Clean Diesel

A marathon takes incredible endurance. A double marathon takes Volkswagen TDI Clean Diesel-like endurance. Which is why Volkswagen’s TDI-sponsored runner Dean Karnazes set out to accomplish that very feat Sunday October 11th at the Chicago Marathon. Check out some photos of Dean from Chicago Marathon weekend as he talks about “Going the Extra Mile” at the Expo Center, signs autographs and chats with fans, and runs an astounding 52.4 miles. It was a truly impressive performance, and we were thrilled to be there every fleet-footed step of the way.

I was curious if you ever thought of changing the page layout of your site? Its very well written; I love what youve got to say. But maybe you could a little more in the way of content so people could connect with it better. Youve got an awful lot of text for only having one or two images. Maybe you could space it out better?

He ran 52.4 miles in a little over six and a half hours? That is absolutely incredible. Kudos to Volkswagen for recognizing this incredible athlete. I wish I could have attended his question and answer session following the race; maybe next year!
