Support Sun Chlorella’s marketing initiatives seeking to drive product trial, encourage product recommendation, and increase brand credibility and recognition in a competitive social landscape among key demographics.

 

STRATEGY

Distribute product samples to influentials for their own use and for contest giveaways through their own social channels in the following categories:

  • Beauty
  • Fitness
  • Plant-based Foodies
  • Health-conscious Moms
  • Nutrition Gurus

 

RESULTS

Initially, the goal was to partner with 8-10 bloggers to garner interest in and to post content about Sun Chlorella USA’s products.  After targeted outreach to Sun Chlorella USA’s core audience, over 50 health and beauty blogs have gone live with review and/or giveaway posts featuring the Sun Chlorella brand and its line of products.

 

INSIGHTS

Feedback, along with the content published from the participating bloggers, was very positive for both the products and the brand itself.  Beauty bloggers, healthy moms and plant-based foodies were the most responsive verticals, with giveaways proving to be very popular on these particular blogs.  In addition, all social audiences on Sun Chlorella USA’s Facebook and Twitter profiles were bolstered as a result from this outreach effort’s giveaways and coverage.
